Tastes of Ibiza

Joan Escandell owns two boats that cast their nets every day to catch fresh fish for his restaurant, which allows him to offer the best prime material in his “bullit de peix”. This emblematic component of Ibiza’s gastronomy is traditionally accompanied by an extraordinary second course of rice called “arroz a banda”.
