Tastes of Ibiza

“Reasonable simplicity” is the mantra at chef Moisés Machado’s seafront restaurant. In his kitchen, high-quality products are at the fore, highlighting Ibiza’s resources, while adding his own innovative cooking techniques. In 2010, he received the Best Chef in the Balearic Islands Award: he is a Master Chef of the Order of “Buen Yantar” (Good Food), Delegate for Ibiza and Formentera for the “Eurotoques” Community of European Chefs and a member of Chefs(in).
