Tastes of Ibiza

The restaurant is located in a 17th century Ibizan house and pays tribute to its history with local products such as sobrassada, cheese or fish. In addition, the team made up of Vicent Tur and Chef Bruno Hernández offers creative cuisine every year and adds an innovative touch to traditional recipes, in this case rice with picarel and cauliflower, a dish that represents the island’s culinary tradition. As for desserts, they recreate the landscape of Ibiza.
