Tastes of Ibiza

In a century-old farmhouse surrounded by nature, Tina Soriano and Lucas Prats have conserved utensils and tools from the old farm, in a setting that respects Ibiza’s roots and traditions, while offering a high-quality service. Francisco Alvado Cardona, chef specialising in Mediterranean cuisine and rice dishes, with extensive experience in Germany, Bulgaria and Turkey, joins the team at Olea restaurant, using his passion for cooking to make the most of the flavours and products of the island.
