Tastes of Ibiza

Íñigo Rodríguez, chief executive of the Pachá group, who learned his trade in top prestigious restaurants such El Bulli and Mugaritz, is promoting creative cuisine, based on Ibiza’s natural produce, with a team led by Darío Elio Zoldán who has devised a tasting menu which aims for excellence in this unique location on the city’s seafront. Tradition and innovation in which diners embark on a journey, experienced through four different dishes, savouring the flavours and tastes that convey the landscape, the history and local produce with Peix Nostrum fish, lamb from Companatge, and vegetables from local market gardens, along with Ibizan oil.
