Tastes of Ibiza

In this restaurant in the centre of Sant Josep, next to the town hall, Ibizan chef Martín Torres promotes the humble and delicious cuisine of his ancestors and brings emblematic dishes from the island to the table, such as picarel in marinade sauce, together with a popular recipe based on legumes, “fabes ofegades”. The homemade and traditional desserts, including the quince, put the finishing touch to a comprehensive experience of the local cuisine, with María Chillón as Head Waiter.
