Tastes of Ibiza

The restaurant, run by Cati Mari is housed in an early 19th century former shop where farmers used to sell their produce. That inheritance is alive to this day in her cooking, where all the vegetables, “patato” and aromatic herbs come from the family market garden (Can Corda). Her mother, Lina Prats, one of the island’s veteran cooks, shares her culinary secrets with the chef Claudio Vidal, whose menu includes treasures such as ‘sofrit pagès’ and which delights diners with the only creamy rice that includes sobrasada.
