Tastes of Ibiza

Chef Matthieu Savariaud explains his cuisine with these words, “Quality is key, because we wouldn’t be happy doing it any other way. We offer pure contemporary heritage, by which we mean, foodstuffs that have always been around, but that we prepare according to today’s appetites, in a rusticchic atmosphere. I use fresh local produce, maintaining its essence but without hiding a characteristic French twist, which is where I’m from.”
