Tastes of Ibiza

This restaurant with a seafaring atmosphere was opened in 1939 and from the outset it has been a meeting point in the port for tasting “borrida de rajada” (ray fish stew) and “sofrit pagès” (mixed fried meat and vegetable dish), two typical dishes of traditional cuisine. Its menu is now updated with new textures and flavours, but it retains jewels from the traditional recipe book such as the tastiest rice for fishermen, the meat stew par excellence or the delicious dessert that was invented to take advantage of the leftover ensaimadas. Traditional flavours in a charming seafront restaurant.
