Tastes of Ibiza

In the centre of Sant Antoni, next door to the church, Toni Cardona’s restaurant offers local products such as sobrasada, botifarro or traditionally reared Ibizan lamb. At the old coal-fired range, the chef, Ramona Escribano, charms diners’ palates with her signature dish, rice with lobster, and her homage to old fashioned Ibizan desserts.
