Soledad Viejo and Jesús Bustos have created a welcoming place in Sant Jordi, with an interior garden for sunny days and a fireplace in winter. Their cooking delves into its Ibizan roots enriching it with new flavours and techniques, in a menu that places value on the excellent products of the island, and substantial dishes from popular gastronomic culture, such as arroz de matanzas, a dish that is an absolute must, and which is a firm favourite in their autumnal menu.
