Tastes of Ibiza

Sa Brisa is the first restaurant on Ibiza to open a branch in Madrid (opposite El Retiro), where they offer cuisine based on the island’s seasonal local produce. The chef, Gonzalo Aragüez, never ceases his research into the island’s traditions and recipes, which he then transmits through innovative creations, both in the Ibiza menu (on the Paseo de Vara de Rey) and in Madrid. Head waiters, Pere Vendrell and Esther Boned, transmit the authenticity of the flavours.
