Tastes of Ibiza

All year round, Sa Caleta offers local cuisine overlooking the sea, where Jordi Cardona finds much of his inspiration. That’s why it offers a menu deeply rooted in the territory with delicious recipes based primarily on fish and rice. A traditional cuisine with all the flavour of the island, including an essential sweet course, “Greixonera” (typical Ibizan dessert), and where the quality of the local honey is also promoted.
