Tastes of Ibiza

Overlooking the islet of S’Espartar and the countryside, the restaurant offers Ibiza’s traditional cuisine with dishes and flavours that have been handed down through generations, including rice with picarel and cauliflower. In the kitchens, there is a long established team made up of José Ferrer, Vicent Tur and Esteban Roig, with Vicent Ramis as Head Waiter.
