Tastes of Ibiza

In the heart of Sant Josep, close to the town hall, the Ibizan chef Martín Torres celebrates the cooking of his forebears and brings the island’s most traditional and iconic dishes to the table, such as “bullit de peix”, the dish with which he carries off the prize every year in the gastronomic competition that bears its name. The desserts, which are traditional and homemade, complete this taste of local cuisine which can be enjoyed with Maria Chillon front of house.
